The air conditioning situation was a little weird. I was told to just open the window, but it faces a busy street.

the hotel is close to both gare du nord and gare de l'est. the staff was friendly (i appreciated their help with directions). my room was cleaned daily and the bed was comfortable. there was also a water station in the lobby, convenient.
the room was quite small, moving around with two suitcases proved a bit challenging.

The room was compact. It was VERY clean and featured an electronic blackout blind. I found many places to eat near Gare du Nord. The super clean bathroom included good toiletries. I recommend this hotel for a short stay.
The room was small. There was only enough room to get to the side of the bed. I could not open the balcony door more than enough to squeeze through.
